The Defender
Visitor Accessories Badge (VAB)

It is crucial for organisations to be able to identify Visitors Accessories, Laptops, Briefcases, and Cameras etc. both on arrival and departure to your premises.

The Defender VAB ensures that all visitors’ accessories are logged in, on arrival, and logged out, on departure.

The VAB System works as follows.

1. On arrival The Visitors accessories are tagged with a Removable, Temporary, Bar-Coded Badge. These Badges are Removable and Tamper proof. If any attempt is made by unauthorised persons to remove the Badges they split.

2. Your Receptionist/Security staff record the Bar Codes by swiping with a Bar Code Reader (Supplied). This identifies the accessories with that visitor.

3. On leaving the Tags are removed by Receptionist/Security after being swiped by the Bar-Code Reader.(cont)

This ensures that the Visitor leaves with exactly the Accessories that they arrived with.

4. The Bar Coded Badges are automatically defaced on removal, ensuring there is no duplicate use.

5. Defender supplies an internal database to client so that the client has a full record of when visitor arrived and departed and that he arrived and left with exactly the same equipment. This avoids accidental and/or intentional removal of your assets.

6. This system also plugs a gap in most companies’ security in terms of Internal Hacking, and it is crucial that no unidentified Accessories are left on your premises for more information see “Hacking” on “Log-On” page of www.Defender999.com.

7. The VAB is a cost effective and easy to police system that is essential as all organisations are concerned with the problems of Due Diligence and Security.
